Becky's Tune Club – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Becky's Tune Club. By becoming a member, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. They are designed to ensure that Becky's Tune Club remains a friendly, enjoyable and well-run community for everyone.
1. Membership
Becky's Tune Club is an online membership providing access to three scheduled teaching sessions each week, an on-demand video library, the Members' Chat and other membership benefits.
Membership is available on either a monthly or annual subscription.
Access to members-only content is for your personal use only and must not be shared with others.
2. Membership Fees
Membership fees are payable in advance.
Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled before your next renewal date.
Prices may occasionally change. If they do, existing members will be given reasonable notice before any changes take effect.
3. Cancelling Your Membership
Monthly Membership
You may cancel your monthly membership at any time.
Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which no further payments will be taken.
Annual Membership
Annual memberships renew automatically after 12 months unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Your access will continue until the end of the paid membership period.
4. Refunds
Monthly membership fees are generally non-refundable once payment has been taken.
Annual memberships are generally non-refundable after purchase.
However, refunds may be considered at Becky's discretion in exceptional circumstances.
5. Scheduled Sessions
Becky's Tune Club aims to provide three scheduled teaching sessions each week.
Sessions are pre-recorded and broadcast at their scheduled times, allowing members to enjoy learning together while benefiting from professionally prepared lessons.
If you are unable to watch a session at the scheduled time, recordings will normally be added to the video library for members to watch at their convenience.
Occasionally, sessions may need to be rescheduled due to technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Video Library
Your membership includes unlimited access to the growing tune video library while your membership remains active. New lessons and resources will be added regularly, and recordings of scheduled sessions will normally be available after broadcast.
Videos and other resources may be added, updated or occasionally removed as the membership develops.
7. Members' Chat
The Members' Chat is intended to be a friendly and supportive community.
By participating, you agree to:
treat other members with kindness and respect
encourage and support fellow musicians
keep discussions relevant to traditional music and Becky's Tune Club
avoid offensive, abusive or discriminatory language
avoid advertising or promoting products, services or events without permission
respect the privacy of other members
Becky reserves the right to remove comments or suspend membership where behaviour is consistently inappropriate or harmful to the community.
8. Copyright
All videos, recordings, written material and other resources provided through Becky's Tune Club remain the copyright of Becky Dellow unless otherwise stated.
Membership is for individual personal use only.
Please do not:
share your login details
copy or distribute videos
upload recordings or teaching materials elsewhere without permission
reproduce teaching materials for commercial purposes
9. Member Responsibilities
Members are responsible for ensuring they have:
a suitable internet connection
compatible equipment to access the membership
an appropriate instrument and any accessories needed for participation
10. Disclaimer
Learning a musical instrument is a personal journey and progress varies from person to person.
While every effort is made to provide clear, enjoyable and effective tuition, no guarantee is given regarding individual musical progress or outcomes.
11. Changes to the Membership
From time to time Becky's Tune Club may introduce new features, improve existing content or make changes to the format of the membership.
These changes are intended to improve the experience for members and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions may occasionally be updated.
Where significant changes are made, members will be notified by email or through the website.

14. Availability
Every effort is made to keep Becky's Tune Club available at all times. However, occasional interruptions may occur due to website maintenance, software updates or circumstances beyond our control. We will always aim to restore access as quickly as possible.
